Can I Build Muscle and Lose Fat at the Same Time?

teen progra 1

Yes, you can!

We watch members who are good at following the process do this every month.

Building muscle requires two things: lifting weights and eating enough food (and specifically protein).

Losing fat requires one thing: not OVEReating.

It might seem like a difficult target to eat enough, but not too much, while getting enough protein and all the other vitamins and minerals your body needs.  But it becomes simple when you focus on the KINDS of food you’re eating.

The reason most people overeat is sugar and processed carbohydrates are so readily available (and tasty) and yet they don’t have protein nor the vitamins and minerals we need for high performance and building muscle.

When you eat meats & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and NO SUGAR – it becomes almost impossible to overeat because you’re eating nutritious foods that fill you up while also providing all the nutrients your body needs.

So, if you want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time, eat from the Reverb Grocery Guide and follow a weight training program.

If you don’t know where exactly to start – ask a coach!
