Fabby has been on a mission since the start of this year, and her results show it!
Let’s hear about it from her:

What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?
I wasn’t doing much. Just walking the dogs around the neighborhood.
How long have you been at Reverb and what kind of changes have you seen recently?
I’ve been coming now for a year. I started with 3x/wk and in January I went up to about 5x/wk.
I’ve seen a lot more changes in the past 3 months. My muscle mass went up by 4 pounds and my body fat mass went down by 7.7 pounds. That’s huge because that’s just in the past 3 months.
During that time I also changed my eating habits, have been drinking more water, eliminated alcohol, and have been pushing myself throughout the process.
I noticed that weight is such a tricky number. My weight hasn’t gone down by a lot. But it’s important to know that’s just a number; and the most important numbers are the muscle and body fat; those have changed a lot. I’ve seen the inches shrinking around my body, while the weight number did not reflect that.
I stopped obsessing over that weight number and started looking at how my clothing was fitting and doing the progress check-ins here which helped give me confidence that I wasn’t imagining the progress, that the numbers were really coming down!
How else has it impacted your personal life?
I have more energy. I’m happier. I come in and I just want to do my best. It shows within my own family with my kids and encouraging them to do things.
And I love encouraging people in the gym. You can do it, you can do that one more rep! That’s what it’s all about, encouragement, being happy, and being your best self.
What would you tell someone who is scared to get started?
It’s definitely intimidating, but you can modify everything! There are people here that modify the entire time and you still get that drive to keep coming back.
No one here is judging you and you shouldn’t compare yourself to other people; you should just compare yourself to how you were yesterday and how you want to better yourself tomorrow.
