Tuesday – Strength: deadlift. Metcon: deadlift and handstand push-ups

Wednesday – Metcon: shuttle runs and bar muscle ups. Strength: front squat

Thursday – Skill: Rope climbs. Metcon: wall balls, lunges, kb swings, rope climbs

Friday – Strength Skill: C+J complex. Metcon: power clean, push jerk, box jump over

Saturday – Partner metcon: midline movements and machine cals
