Monday – Strength cycle: strict pull-up; KB front rack carry and burpees
Tuesday – Partner hero workout: squat cleans, pull-ups, running
Wednesday – Cardio benchmark: 3k/2.5k row; Strength cycle: push press
Thursday – Skill/strength: handstands and sumo deadlift high pull; deadlifts, SDHP, and knees-to-elbows
Friday – Strength: Front Squat; shuttle runs, DB snatches, push-ups
Saturday – Partner chipper: ground to overhead, toes-to-bar, box jump overs, air bike; heavy thruster for the day
