It’s week 2 of our front squat, push press, and gymnastic upper body strength cycle. We’re laying the foundation with higher volume at moderate percentages.
Monday – Strength: upper body gymnastics; devils press and DB box step up
Tuesday – Strength: squat snatch; running and squat snatches
Wednesday – Strength: push press; air bike, air squats, and sit ups
Thursday – Skill/strength: strict Ttoes-to-bar, dubs; KB swings and dubs
Friday – Strength: Front Squat; J.T.: handstand push-ups, ring dips, push-ups
Saturday – Partner grinder: power cleans, rope climbs, box jumps, med ball run
