Weekly PReview 4

It’s an intermission week in between strength cycles.  Tried and true constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, including some skill progressions and a couple hero wods! The following week we’ll be starting up our Front Squat, Push Press, and Strict Pull-up strength cycle!

Monday – Partner hero wod: Goblet squats, push-ups, KB overhead lunges, running

Tuesday – Handstand Progression Skill/Strength; wall walks and rowing

Wednesday – Strength: Overhead squat; Russian KB swings, sit-ups, box step-ups, plank hold

Thursday – Skill: Box Jump for height; “Jack”: push press, KB swings, box jumps

Friday – Partner air bike intervals!; Rope climb skill/strength progression

Saturday – Power Clean Complex; burpees, wall balls, running, and hang squat cleans
