Welcome to week 6/8 of our split jerk cycle and week 2/4 of our back squat cycle!  This week is packed with weightlifting movements – remember to listen to your body and it’s OK to scale if your recovery isn’t 100%. 

Monday – Strength cycle: split jerk; followed by rowing and deadlift couplet

Tuesday – Heavy day: bench press; double-under skill finisher

Wednesday – Strength cycle: back squat; followed by KB swing and running couplet

Thursday – Skill work: rope climb; followed by kitchen sink chipper

Friday – Strength: squat cleans; followed by squat clean and burpee couplet

Saturday – Partner triplet with Front rack lunges, push press, bar muscle up; post metcon strength: power snatch
