Welcome to week 4 of our strength cycle. It’s a deload week for our deadlifts, while our split jerk percentages are continuing to slowly increase.
We have a Shoulder Clinic coming up Saturday, Aug 3rd at 9:30am with Dr. Zach Leal from Forged Physical Therapy. Come get an assessment and learn about improving shoulder mobility and strength for injury prevention and improved performance on overhead movements.
Monday – Strength work: Back Squat; followed by 12m triplet w/ plank hold, DB box step-ups, and deadlift.
Tuesday – 20m AMRAP with DB front squat, double-unders, pull-ups, and a handstand variation at your skill level; followed by core finisher.
Wednesday – Strength Cycle: Split Jerk; followed by triplet with hang power snatch, rope climbs, and running.
Thursday – Pistol squat skill/strength progression; followed by chipper with rowing and push-up variations.
Friday – Strength Cycle: Deadlift; followed by couplet with power cleans and box jumps
Saturday – 30m AMRAP Partner chipper
