Wednesday is Heavy Day! Clean complex – opportunity to build strength and power and set a hang squat clean PR.  

Thursday is Benchmark day!  Benchmark workout Fight Gone Bad will be re-tested in August.  It’s a high rep conditioning workout created in 2004 to mimic an MMA fight: three 5-minute rounds with a minute rest in between. Pace yourself on this one!

Saturday is Bring A Friend Day!  Fun partner workout with beginner friendly movements. Potluck after!

Monday – Running 400m intervals; air squat finisher

Tuesday – Dubs, sit-ups, chest-to-bars; core and glute finisher

Wednesday – Heavy Day: clean complex

Thursday – Benchmark Day: Fight Gone Bad

Friday – Ring dips, L-sit hold, DB box step overs, dead hang hold; shoulder and core finisher

Saturday – Partner workout: KB swings, goblet squats, push-ups
