Thursday is Benchmark day! Benchmark workout Fight Gone Bad will be re-tested in August. It’s a high rep conditioning workout created in 2004 to mimic an MMA fight: three 5-minute rounds with a minute rest in between. Pace yourself on this one!
Saturday is Bring A Friend Day! Fun partner workout with beginner friendly movements. Potluck after!
