Weekly Preview

It’s week 5 of our front squat, push press, and pull-ups strength cycle!  Volume continues to decrease as loads increase.  Friday is a “Heavy Day”!

Monday – Strength cycle: front squat; machine cals and dubs

Tuesday – KB swings and running; core finisher

Wednesday – Strength cycle: push press; chest-to-bars, box jumps, sit-ups

Thursday – Handstand progressions; Partner wod: hang power snatch, push press, sumo deadlift high pulls, front squats

Friday – Heavy day: power cleans and thrusters; pull-up strength cycle

Saturday – Partner wod: overhead plate lunges, burpees, deadhang, weighted run
