The Reverb Nutrition and Wellness 6-week Challenge kicks off with our nutrition seminar this Saturday, Jan 11th at 8 – 8:30am! The challenge officially starts next Monday, Jan 13th.
Join the challenge to start your 2025 with some serious consistency on your nutrition and workouts, with a group of coaches and peers to hold you accountable!
Also new for 2025 is the Reverb Relentless Club! Simply attend at least 12 classes (or travel workouts!) during the month to earn a special edition sticker for each month. Rack up 11 out of the 12 stickers during the year to be in the special end of the year Relentless prize club!
Prep for the upcoming CrossFit Open continues with a week including olympic lift skill and strength work, pull-up and double under work, and previous CrossFit Open benchmark workouts!
Monday – strength: strict pull-ups; chest to bars and front squats
Tuesday – strength: push jerk; push jerks, deadlifts, box jumps
Wednesday – ring dips, handstand push-ups, and rowing
Thursday – skill: double unders; dubs and toes-to-bar; core finisher
Friday – strength/skill: snatches; snatches and burpees
Saturday – skill: ring muscle up; partner wall balls, muscle ups, clean & jerks
