“I’ve unlocked more potential than I thought I had”

Starting at Reverb helped Kyle break through a plateau in his results which he had hit despite working out 4-5+ times per week on his own routine. 

The dynamic programming, effective coaching, and especially the people are what keep him coming back.

What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?

I was lifting at the gym 4-5 days a week and also running and doing HIIT workouts. 

What was the problem you wanted to solve that made you want to join Reverb?

I felt that I had reached my fitness potential and I had plateaued in a number of areas. 

What kind of changes have you seen?

A few months in after starting at Reverb I had already noticed my body physically changing!  Bigger chest, wider frame – I’ve already unlocked more potential than I thought I had, which is pretty cool!

This past weekend I was playing flag football with friends at a bachelor party. After a few hours all my friends (who are my age) were sore, tired, and could barely move. I was feeling totally fine!  Reverb has been a huge help to my health and performance in and out of the gym. 

What is it about Reverb that has helped you?

The variance and dynamic nature of the training we do here at Reverb. Previously I was benching up to 3 times a week trying to build my upper body, but wasn’t really making progress. 

Here at Reverb, we hit a wider range of movements. Not only bench, but push-ups, dips, overhead presses, and more.  That has made a huge difference in my physique!

I keep coming back to Reverb because it’s so fun and the community here is just the best. More than anything, what can’t be replicated outside of Reverb is the people here.  It’s great seeing everyone each morning, pushing each other, and of course checking on the leaderboard!

What would you tell someone interested but scared to get started?

I wasn’t an athlete either!  Anyone can start at Reverb. There are people of all ability levels here and the whole point is to scale down, get you introduced, work on those movements, and achieve each goal along the way.
