Geoff is a full time student, worker, and father.
And he now feels MORE balanced after ADDING training at Reverb into his schedule.
That’s because the physical and mental strength and energy you gain from devoting a couple hours of your week to your training and nutrition is more than worth the investment!
Let’s hear it from him!
What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?
I was just playing pick up basketball to get in some cardio. I didn’t have any other consistent schedule.
What was the problem you wanted to solve that made you want to join Reverb?
I realized I needed to do something more to feel better. I needed to work on my diet and I didn’t have the accountability I needed.
What kind of changes have you seen?
I’ve been coming consistently for about 6 months. I’ve lost about 2 inches on my waist. The accountability has helped me change my nutrition by cutting out sugar. I’m more toned with more muscle and less body fat. I’m looking better and feeling better and feeling the endorphins kicking in from the workouts.
How else has it impacted your personal life?
I have a more positive attitude not just in the gym but in my work and family life. I have more energy and I’m happier to do things.
I’m a full time student, full time worker, full time father. Even adding this in, I now feel more balanced and ready to take on anything that comes up.
What is it about Reverb that has helped you?
The personal training has helped with accountability and personalized focus on my form and specific things I wanted to improve.
What would you tell someone interested but scared to get started?
Just jump in, it’s a great environment, the people are very positive. Everyone will give you a fist bump and give you encouragement as you get started.
It’s great seeing everyone else’s results and knowing that you’ll show results after some time as well!
