What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?
I was mainly walking and doing a few floor exercises at home.
What was the problem you wanted to solve that made you want to join Reverb?
I wanted to feel stronger and more confident, be toned, and lose a few pounds.
What kind of changes have you seen?
I’ve been coming 8 months now and I’ve seen pretty awesome results. I’ve lost 12 pounds of body fat and gained 3.3 pounds of muscle!
I measured myself before starting, and I’ve lost 2 inches around my hips and 2 inches around my waist, which is where I needed it!
I’m feeling tighter and fitter and my clothes are fitting a lot better. I feel stronger and more energetic.
How else has it impacted your personal life?
People are noticing! I just feel better and more confident overall.
What is it about Reverb that has helped you?
The process here has changed everything. The coaching focuses on proper form and I’m targeting all the areas I need.
The nutrition challenge was amazing! It helped me eat the right things to build muscle and accelerate my results. I now know how much protein I need and now that I’m eating the right things, I’m getting through the workouts better and building more muscle!
My [1x/wk] personal training has also been great! It helps me further improve my technique and work on targeted areas I need to work on.
What would you tell someone interested but scared to get started?
I was definitely scared to get started, but I jumped in and the community here really helps you along the way. Now it’s very addicting, I just encourage people to give it a try!
