Saturday Spotlight: Sharon I!

Sharon would go to the gym but only walk on the treadmill because she didn’t know which machines to do or how to structure her workouts. 

She wanted to workout more to gain more muscle and once she was introduced to CrossFit Reverb, she’s been loving every bit of it!

In 6 months she has lost 7 lbs of body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle! 👏👏 Sharon is also enjoying more energy throughout the day rather than feeling perpetually tired.

What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?

I was going to a gym but mostly just walking on the treadmill.

What was the problem you wanted to solve that made you want to join Reverb?

I wanted to start working out, but at the gym there are so many machines and I wasn’t sure which ones to do. I needed more structure and routine. A friend introduced me here and I wanted to see what it was all about.

What kind of changes have you seen?

I’ve been coming 6 months. I’m gaining muscle, I feel stronger with more energy and stamina. I just feel better overall than before.

I’ve gained 4 pounds of muscle and lost 7 pounds of body fat!

How else has it impacted your personal life?

I feel more energized and I feel like I’m getting a lot more done throughout the day. I have more strength and energy instead of being perpetually tired.

What is it about Reverb that has helped you?

The coaching has helped in learning all the different movements. I just like everything about coming here.

What would you tell someone interested but scared to get started?

Oh just come and do it. When you come for your first On Ramp session, they show you how to do everything. With the coaching here, it’s more and better than what you’ll do at another gym. 

The coaching and the people are phenomenal. I’ll be here for a long time.
