What were you doing for fitness before Reverb?
Playing ultimate frisbee and running on my own.
What was the problem you wanted to solve that made you want to join Reverb?
I was having recurring knee pain. I was running a lot and not doing any strength training. The pain was getting worse each year and my running times also started getting worse.
What kind of changes have you seen?
It’s been about 3 months. I barely ever run into my knee pain any more!
I’m also now able to do jump rope and box jumps.
I used to struggle coming downhill when hiking. I recently went on a trip to Zion [National Park] and didn’t struggle on the downhills.
What is it about Reverb that has helped you?
The flexible class schedule with plenty of options made it very accessible for me to make it to class, and the training being adaptable to any level was also great!
What would you tell someone interested but scared to get started?
You can get started at any level!
