3 more months have flown by and Patti is back for her 6 month goal review.
This time, she added 2 pounds of muscle while dropping another 10 pounds of body fat. WOW!
That brings Patti’s cumulative 6 month results to +2.5 pounds muscle AND -20 pounds body fat.
How did she do it?
Patti trains 3-4 sessions per week and also does nutrition coaching.
Her training sessions each week are 2-3 group CrossFit classes and 1 Personal Training session focusing on muscle building.
Her nutrition coaching includes weekly check-ins and personalized strategies to make high quality fuel part of her daily and weekly habits.
Patti is making her training and nutrition a part of her new lifestyle, and she’s enjoying the results: looking, feeling, and performing how she wants and improving her long term health.
The plan for the next 3 months is: keep it up!
