Mayra has been training at Reverb for about 3 years and recently she wanted to take her results to the next level. So, she booked her first Goal Review check in, which is included with her membership!
We reviewed her nutrition and training and identified the two smallest changes to make that would make the best impact on her results.
Three months later (today) she had her second goal review check in; let’s see the results!
Muscle: +5.3 lbs
Body Fat: -4.9 lbs
% Body Fat: -3.7%
Wow! What amazing progress in 3 months. So what did she change?
Nutrition: Mayra has increased her protein intake by adding more meat to her diet. She used to eat meat only occasionally and now has it most days of the week.
Training: Mayra has been focusing on making sure she’s lifting the right amount of weight – for her. She’s stronger than she thinks, and her technique is sound, so we’re making sure she’s challenging herself to get the most out of her hour spent at Reverb before returning to her busy schedule.
Mayra trains 4-5 days per week, and the last time she went one whole week without training at Reverb was in 2022. Her consistency is amazing so it’s no wonder she’s getting awesome results with a little extra individualized guidance.
We’re super proud of Mayra and can’t wait to see what she does next with her newly updated plan in place.
