Working Around Travel and Busy Schedules!

Let’s talk about staying consistent during times of travel and busy schedules!

At Reverb, part of our job is to help you maintain your new lifestyle and routine year round, so that you keep the energy, strength, and confidence you’re working hard to build.

Remember how important your goals are and keep working toward them!!

If you’re traveling for work, vacation, or you just got plain busy that week, here’s a couple resources for you to get your workout in!

  1. Sign into the daily “Travel Workout: 11:00pm” class in Wodify. Linked in the workout notes and HERE is a list of simple, scalable travel workouts which don’t require any equipment. Pick one and get to work! Completing this workout and signing into the Travel Workout class gets you credit towards your attendance streak and monthly Relentless sticker club!
  2. Most CrossFit gyms around the world offer Drop-Ins where you can join a class to get your workout of the day in while traveling. Because we’re committed to keeping you consistent, we’ll reimburse you for your drop-in fees! Contact the local CrossFit gym ahead of time to coordinate your Drop-in class. Text or email us any time for help finding a good CrossFit gym to drop into where you’re traveling!

Our bodies and fitness don’t go on hold when we get busy.

Making the time to stay consistent takes as little as 2-3 hours per week (out of the 168 hours in a week!!) and is totally worth it!
