Is it safe?

At Reverb, yes it is!

As a beginner, your first sessions are 1 on 1 with a coach going over our On Ramp curriculum.

We’ll ease you into your new fitness routine, giving your body time to adapt and your mind time to build confidence.

You’ll learn correct technique, how much weight to start with (starting from the plastic pvc pipe!), and you’ll scale and modify movements as needed to your ability level.

What’s Next?

You can do 1 on 1 training for as long as you want! 

Our personal training clients love the high level of accountability, schedule flexibility, and completely individualized attention for building confidence in their movements.

You can also progress to the group class where our coaches will help you scale the workout of the day along with a handful of your new gym buddies.

Let me tell you about Uncle Stan.

He’s 81 and has had a joint replacement in every joint below the waist.

He couldn’t raise his right arm above parallel with the ground.

He couldn’t get on or off the ground without assistance.

He started at Reverb a year ago and works out in the group class where our coaches scale and modify each workout to fit his capabilities.

He’s now doing all of those things and his cardiologist gave him a huge thumbs up on improved heart health.
