
It’s the second week of the 2026 CrossFit Open!
Our legs have recovered from the first week and we’re ready for the next challenge.
Team Scaled and Dangerous, led by Coach Mehedi and his leadership council of Kim, Kyle, and Sean, is off to a commanding lead with 107 points in week 1 of the In-House Cup.
The Festivities kick off Friday evening at 5:15pm and continue Saturday morning at 7:30am.
We can always use judges for those first heats, and you can always use points!!
